Professor Barburski shared valuable insights on best practices for executing a twinning project while highlighting the challenges new coordinators must be prepared for to ensure their projects align with the initial proposals. From the importance of clear communication and flexibility to leveraging networks and maintaining detailed documentation, his talk provided a roadmap for future success.
