The SustDesignTex is a Twinning project funded under the European Commission Horizon Europe programme. The general objective of the project is to establish long-term strategic partnership between the Lodz University of Technology (TUL), Faculty of Material Technologies and Textile Design - FMTTD), top-class leading counterparts at the EU level (UNIZAR, ITA, HB) and the Polish company active in the field of the project results’ implementation – WAD in particular through networking activities. The networking and partnership implemented in the project will raise the TUL FMTTD institutional research profile in industrial design of innovative textile structures for composites, as well as advance the research profile of TUL as an institution and the TUL staff, including a special focus on strengthening the research management and administrative skills in Higher Education Institution. The general objective will be gained via building on the huge potential of networking for excellence through knowledge transfer in the specified field, based on the joint implementation of a research microproject and a preliminary exchange of the best practice between TUL and the partners due to joint research activities and a set of Coordination and Support activities organized around the microproject.
